Three ways online entrepreneurs can find a work-life balance to break the cycle of running themselves, and their business, to burnout.
Okay Google, “How do I maintain healthy work-life balance when my world is all-work, no-life?”.
Because in an online space that equates more work with hard work, and lives and breathes ‘hustle culture’, what does real balance look like anyway?
I’ll tell you. It’s not all smoothies and retreats and digital detoxes. At least, it’s far more than that. Here are three real ways you can achieve work-life balance as an entrepreneur.
We’ll cover:
By the end? You’ll be able to:
→ Practice balance in all aspects of your life, not just business.
→ Actually find more time for yourself.
→ Return to more of the things you love doing in business.
→ Make space for personal and financial growth by positively stepping back.
Just like a meeting or deadline, religiously schedule self-care into every week and day (if possible).

For example:
What could you do to improve, adjust, or set up a great work-life balance routine?
Whether it’s a quick walk with a friend or co-working with your biz bestie, embracing more community in your work and life can help boost productivity, improve your positivity and increase feelings of connectedness and re-inspiration.
Additionally, incorporating more community for work-life balance can:
Being a solopreneur or online business owner can get pretty lonely, just as living by yourself or a limited friendship circle can. Joining Bumble BFF, finding like-minded Facebook groups or simply sliding into the DMs of someone you admire on Instagram.
And when in doubt, my DMs are always open!
As an online entrepreneur, the push and pull of a 24/7 job and a life outside it can often feel suffocating. But balance begins with a few simple changes, like:
BONUS: FINDING BALANCE MEANS WE MUST FIRST SHAKE THE BOAT
Hear me out – if you’re feeling out of balance, the only way to regain calm is to change your current state. To burst your own bubble and try a new method of doing things. And for my coaching clients, this often begins with exploring passive income streams so they can make more while working less.
I’ve just launched a brand new 4-week coaching experience helping service-based business owners and creatives explore their next offer or program and achieve their next milestone faster. The Abundant and Aligned Accelerator enables fast-tracked action in a four-week intensive designed to generate maximum results, massive impact, and big balance. Check out my latest program here!
